DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

VIDLYX.CC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

To file a DMCA notice, please send a written notice to dmca@vidlyx.cc with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on our site
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will process valid DMCA notices within 3–5 business days and remove infringing content promptly.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, VIDLYX.CC maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. We maintain records of all copyright complaints and act accordingly to protect rights holders.

18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance

VIDLYX.CC is not a producer (primary or secondary) of any content found on this website. All content is hosted by third-party users and providers. With respect to the records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and C.F.R. 75, the operator of this site is not the custodian of records.

All persons depicted in any content on this site were 18 years of age or older at the time of production. The original producers of such content maintain all required records. Any content depicting individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited and should be reported immediately to dmca@vidlyx.cc.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users of VIDLYX.CC agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or exploit the platform

Violations may result in immediate account termination and/or reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Report Abuse

We take all abuse reports seriously and act quickly to protect our community. If you encounter any of the following, please report it immediately:

• Content involving minors (CSAM) — report to dmca@vidlyx.cc and the NCMEC CyberTipline
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Illegal content or activities
• Harassment or threats

We have zero tolerance for CSAM. All reports are reviewed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.
